Steps Offers Logic

Post-purchase steps like [Platinum](Onboarding Templates/Post Purchase Offers/Platinum) or [Personal Coaching](Personal Coaching), for example, could have two keys:

  • jumpToStepIdOnPurchase
  • jumpToStepIdOnSkip

Both jumpToStepIdOnPurchase and jumpToStepIdOnSkip are optional, but we can use them if we want to go to a specific step after purchasing or skipping the current upsell offer.

If the step doesn’t have any of these keys, the user will go from one step to another until they reach the end of the onboarding and then to the sign-up page.

Examples

We can set different keys for purchasing or skipping the purchase:

In this example, the user will be redirected to the step with the ID lune_ahead if they purchased the offer on platinum_lune, and to offer_skipped if they skip it – assuming both lune_ahead and offer_skipped are post-purchase steps in that onboarding.
